About my work

My career has evolved across operations, workforce planning, business development, digital transformation, and experience design.

Overview

Over the years, I have worked across multiple industries including financial services, education, real estate, technology, and digital experiences.

While the roles have changed, the work has remained surprisingly consistent: understanding people, solving business problems, improving systems, and helping organizations perform better.

Today, I lead the Transact Platform Experience (TPX) design domain at Dell Technologies, partnering with product, engineering, and business teams to shape the buying experience across Dell.com and Premier.

I am accountable for the design north star across the transaction journey — helping customers, sellers, and partners move from quote or cart to purchase with greater clarity and confidence.

Current Role

Senior Manager, Product Design

Domain Design Lead — Transact Platform Experience (TPX)

I lead the Transact Platform Experience design domain at Dell Technologies.

TPX represents the moment of truth in the buying journey — where customers and sellers configure products, create quotes, add products to cart, and complete purchases.

The domain supports consumer, commercial, and enterprise experiences across Dell.com and Premier.

I partner closely with product management, engineering, and business leadership to establish the experience north star and guide design direction.

In addition to my domain responsibilities, I serve as the APJC regional design lead for the Digital Commerce Experience organization, supporting capability building, community engagement, and regional design leadership.

The most meaningful work often sits at the intersection of people, process, technology, and business outcomes.

Whether building teams, improving customer experiences, or shaping operating models, I enjoy bringing people together, creating clarity, and rallying teams behind a common purpose.

For me, design leadership is about building capability, nurturing craft, and creating the clarity needed for teams to deliver outcomes.

My career has never followed a traditional path.

Over the years, I have moved across industries, functions, and disciplines — from operations and workforce planning to business development, transformation, and design leadership. While the domains changed, each experience contributed a different perspective on people, business, and organizations.

01

Operations & Process Foundations

I began my career in operations and process-oriented roles, developing an understanding of service delivery, quality, operational excellence, and process improvement.

During this period, I led two Six Sigma projects and helped build an automation solution that improved turnaround time, increased quality, and reduced manual effort across the process. The initiative contributed to significant efficiency gains and reduced operational dependency on additional headcount.

These early experiences shaped my appreciation for systems thinking, continuous improvement, and the role process and technology play in driving outcomes.

02

Workforce Planning & Education

My time in the education sector introduced me to large-scale workforce planning, demand forecasting, and capacity management.

Working with TutorVista, later acquired by Pearson, I was responsible for managing the demand and supply of a tutor network of over 10,000 educators supporting students globally across subjects ranging from kindergarten through graduation.

The role required balancing fulfillment, tutor availability, and cost efficiency while managing a workforce model that combined both fixed and variable costs.

I consistently maintained fulfillment levels of over 97 percent while optimizing tutor utilization and operational costs.

During this period, I also helped drive the automation of the digital whiteboard and session management experience, reducing unutilized tutor hours and improving the efficiency of online tutoring sessions.

This experience showed me how closely customer demand, workforce planning, technology, and operational decisions are connected — something that continues to influence the way I think about systems and organizations.

03

Business Development & Commercial Experience

My years in the real estate industry introduced me to business development, customer relationships, commercial sales, and large-value transactions.

Working across both developer and brokerage organizations, I was exposed to different aspects of the business — from corporate sales and customer engagement to land acquisition and transaction management.

At Puravankara, I helped establish and grow the corporate sales line of business, partnering with more than 40 Tier 1 and Tier 2 organizations to create employee programs, flexible payment plans, and exclusive offers.

This involved building relationships with HR and leadership teams, organizing on-site engagement programs, and working closely with sales teams to convert opportunities.

My experience also extended to high-value residential sales and supporting land acquisition programs within brokerage organizations, where I worked closely with business leaders, customers, and stakeholders to manage complex transactions and decision-making processes.

This period of my career gave me a first-hand understanding of customer behavior, commercial outcomes, and the role trust and relationships play in decision-making — lessons that continue to influence how I work with customers, stakeholders, and business leaders today.

04

Transformation & Operations Leadership

Joining Dell Technologies provided opportunities to work on large-scale operational transformation initiatives, organizational change, and content operations that supported Dell.com and Premier globally.

Over a period of more than four years, I led teams responsible for new product launches and digital content deployment across consumer and commercial businesses. This included supporting the launch of more than 300 products annually across 140 countries and 120 languages.

I also led lifecycle management teams responsible for sustaining digital experiences throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring content accuracy, updates, and ongoing customer communication across global platforms.

As the organization evolved, I became closely involved in operational transformation initiatives, including the insourcing of content operations teams, capability building, and process improvement programs.

Throughout this period, I championed automation initiatives and created the Idea Gallery program, which encouraged teams to identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experiences, and ways of working.

I also spent seven months serving as interim Chief of Staff, supporting organizational planning and operations, including headcount planning, cost management, rewards, and operating expenses.

This stage of my career strengthened my understanding of large-scale operations, organizational change, and the role culture and capability play in sustaining transformation.

05

Experience Design & Capability Building

As my career evolved into experience design, my focus expanded beyond operational transformation to customer experience, organizational capability, and design leadership.

While my primary role was within design operations and program management, I worked closely with business, technology, and design leaders to help shape how design supported large-scale business and technology initiatives across IT, Sales, and Supply Chain organizations.

As a Technical Program Manager, I was responsible for translating business roadmaps and strategic priorities into design investments and capability plans.

The role also involved quarterly planning, funding discussions, roadmap facilitation, and program management to ensure design teams were aligned to business priorities and future experience needs.

Alongside these responsibilities, I became increasingly involved in building design capability across the region, supporting accessibility initiatives, regional communities, and design awareness programs.

This period taught me that successful design organizations require more than talent alone. They depend on clarity, capability, and the ability to align teams around shared outcomes.

06

Customer Experience & Experience Strategy

As my role evolved further, my focus shifted toward understanding experiences across products rather than individual applications.

I led the Software and Peripherals experience domain across Dell.com and Premier, partnering with product, business, and design teams to understand how customers navigated journeys that extended beyond individual products or touchpoints.

This work focused on understanding traffic patterns, entry points, customer behaviors, and opportunities to improve the overall experience rather than optimizing individual products in isolation.

The experience reinforced the importance of viewing customer experiences holistically across products, channels, and touchpoints.

Many of these efforts contributed to experience improvements that later became part of larger product roadmaps and organizational priorities.

07

Domain Leadership & Transaction Experiences

Building on earlier work across customer journeys and experience strategy, I now lead the Transact Platform Experience (TPX) design domain at Dell Technologies.

TPX represents the moment of truth in the buying journey — where customers and sellers configure products, create quotes, add products to cart, and complete purchases across Dell.com and Premier.

My role involves partnering with product management, engineering, and business teams to establish the experience north star across the transaction journey while helping customers, sellers, and partners navigate complex buying experiences with greater clarity and confidence.

The domain spans consumer, commercial, and enterprise experiences and includes quoting, cart and checkout, payments, post-purchase experiences, and AI-native capabilities.

Alongside my domain responsibilities, I continue to support regional design leadership across APJC, focusing on capability building, community engagement, and design advocacy.

Looking back, each chapter of my career contributed a different perspective, but the underlying work has remained remarkably consistent: understanding people, improving systems, and helping organizations perform better.
